Many documents can be quickly and securely sent and received through the Document Centre of your Online Services account. Registering for Online Services is quick and easy. Please see our site for more information.
Document drop off
In-person document drop-offs and pre-arranged pick-ups do not require an appointment as these visits should only take a moment. If you are dropping something off, your documents should be already completed before coming into our office. However, if you have any questions about your documents or need help to complete them, please contact us before you come in. We can assist you by phone or schedule an in-person or virtual appointment.
If you are seeking an in-person meeting, you are welcome to schedule an appointment. We are also still offering meetings by phone and virtually for additional convenience. Please note that the following protocols are in place for any in-person appointments:
- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, please stay home and call us to re-schedule your appointment.
- Members or others attending in-person appointments are required to wear masks. Our staff will wear a mask during in-person appointments.
- We’re offering a limited number of appointments to ensure minimal traffic in our lobby.
- Our appointment rooms are equipped with transparent barriers and with air purifiers. Surfaces are sanitized between meetings.
