Retired members can now access their 2025 CSSB T4A or NR4 using Online Services.
Tax slips for all retired members will be mailed by the end of February. You no longer need to call us to get your tax slip; we’ll mail it to you automatically.
If you’re receiving a pension from a different plan administered by CSSB, we will mail you a copy of your tax slip by the end of February.
Benefits of using Online Services:
- Early access: Retired members can access tax slips earlier than those who receive them by mail.
- Convenience: Print copies anytime.
How to get your T4A or NR4 online:
- Log in to your Online Services account.
- From the top menu, go to your document centre > inbox.
- In the list of documents, look for one called T4A – 2025 or NR4 – 2025. If you’ve already opened the document, it will be below your unread documents.
- Click the download icon.
- Once you download the file, it will be in your device’s downloads folder. From there, you can open the document and print it if you’d like.
