Possible Canada Post Strike

We are monitoring the labour dispute at Canada Post and the potential for another postal strike. We know how important it is for members to send and receive information without delay.

If a strike occurs, we will send information through your Online Services accounts. This includes access to our secure Document Centre, where you can safely send and receive confidential information.

If you don’t yet have an Online Services account, please contact our office at 204.946.3200 or askus@cssb.mb.ca to request a registration key. You’ll need this key to sign in for the first time.

In-person dropoff and pickup will also be available if needed. We’ll share more details about this option if a strike occurs.

If your pension is deposited directly into your bank account, a mail disruption will not affect your payments. However, if you currently receive your pension by cheque, we encourage you to contact us to set up direct deposit or make other arrangements.

To avoid delays, we recommend using electronic options whenever possible.
