Plan Your Visit

If you’re meeting with CSSB staff in person, here’s everything you need to know to make your visit smooth and productive.

Please book your appointment

To ensure we can help you without delay, we recommend booking an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but staff availability can’t be guaranteed.

By booking in advance, we can prepare for your visit and focus on the topics you want to discuss. We can also provide personalized estimates for you to review before your visit.

Call or email us to schedule your appointment. If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can help you get the most from our time together.

Accessibility

Construction update

At this time, there are no construction projects underway. If any work is scheduled in the future, we will provide updates here.

Wheelchair access

  • A wheelchair accessible washroom is available on the main (first) floor only
  • Washrooms on the twelfth floor are not wheelchair accessible
  • All CSSB meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible
  • Accessible parking is available on the second level of The Bay parkade. This connects to our building via the skywalk.

Service animals are always welcome.

Virtual meeting options
