Monthly Pension Statement


As a retired member, you’ll receive your pension statements electronically through your Online Services account or by mail.


When your statement is ready, you’ll get an email letting you know.

To view it:

  1. Sign in to your Online Services account.
  2. Go to your Inbox under the Document Centre.
  3. Your statement will appear under Unread.

You can choose to Open the document (to view it immediately) or Save it (to keep it on your computer).

Once opened, the document status changes to Read but it will stay in your inbox until you delete it.

In Edit my Profile, you can choose how often to receive electronic statements:

  • Every month
  • Only when your net payment changes

If you don’t choose, the default is to receive statements only when the net payment amount changes.

If you’re not registered for Online Services, you’ll only get a statement by mail in months when the net payment amount changes. This typically happens in January after income tax changes come into effect and in July after inflation protection (cost of living) has been added.
