The CSSB will be implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the CSSB member portal – Online Services. Multi-factor authentication protects your personal data in your Online Services account by ensuring only you can access it.

Once MFA is active, you will need more than just your email address and password when you sign into Online Services. You’ll also need to enter a one-time code sent by the CSSB through a text, phone call, or email.

Make sure you’re ready for MFA by updating your account using the Edit My Profile feature in Online Services. We recommend adding at least one phone number (landline or cell) or checking that the phone number is correct. If you’re using a work email address to login, we recommend also adding a personal email address to your account. Choose a phone number and/or email that will be easily accessible to you in the future.
