To protect your personal data, CSSB added multi-factor authentication (MFA) to Online Services.

When you get an email saying your employee pension statement is available, go to CSSB Online Services at Note, pension statements are released in batches based on your employer. If you haven’t received an email, your statement may not yet be available.

After entering your email address and password, you’ll need to enter a one-time code. CSSB will send this by text, phone call, or email. You’ll need to do this whenever you log in to CSSB Online Services.

Once you’ve logged in, select employee pension statement on the left menu. You can then download or view the statement from your inbox.
