Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required to access your employee pension statement

To protect your personal data, CSSB added multi-factor authentication (MFA) to Online Services.

When you get an email saying your employee pension statement is available, go to CSSB Online Services. Note, pension statements are released in batches based on your employer. If you haven’t received an email, your statement may not yet be available.

After entering your email address and password, you’ll need to enter a one-time code. CSSB will send this by text, phone call, or email. You’ll need to do this whenever you log in to CSSB Online Services.

Once you’ve logged in, select employee pension statement on the left menu. You can then download or view the statement from your inbox.

If you can’t access your Online Services account, call us at 204.946.3200 (toll free 1 800 432 5134). Or, email us at askus@cssb.mb.ca. We’re happy to help.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required to access Online Services. Here’s how to get ready.

The CSSB is phasing in multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the CSSB member portal – Online Services. Multi-factor authentication protects your personal data in your Online Services account by ensuring only you can access it.

As MFA is phased in, you will need more than just your email address and password when you sign into Online Services. You’ll also need to enter a one-time code sent by the CSSB through a text, phone call, or email each time you log in.

Here’s what you need to do to get ready:

  1. Check your primary email address using the “Edit My Profile” feature in Online Services. Make sure it’s an email address you can easily access in the future, whether you’re working or not.
  2. Use “Edit My Profile” to add at least one phone number (landline or cell) or verify that your existing number is correct.
  3. If you can’t access your Online Services account, give us a call at 204 946 3200 (toll free 1 800 432 5134) or send us an email at askus@cssb.mb.ca and we’ll assist you.
