The CSSB is phasing in changes to improve the security and member experience for our Online Services portal.
Along with a new look to our log in page, the changes to Online Services will affect how existing members log in and new members register. Only your primary email can be used to log in to Online Services. No secondary emails or historical usernames can be used.
Later in 2024 we will require multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access Online Services. Once MFA is activated, you’ll need to enter a one-time code the CSSB will send by either text, phone call, or email each time you log in. Use “Edit My Profile” in Online Services to make sure you have a phone number and an email address you can easily access in the future saved to your profile.
