Payments to members

Pension payments (direct deposit): Payments made through direct deposit will continue as usual.

Pension payments (physical cheques – Winnipeg residents): Retired members living in Winnipeg who receive a physical cheque can pick it up at our office or have it couriered at their expense.

Pension payments (physical cheques – outside Winnipeg): Retired members living outside Winnipeg who receive a physical cheque can either have it held or sent to the nearest essential mail distribution centre, established by the Province of Manitoba. Please call our office to make arrangements.

We encourage all retired members to sign up for direct deposit to ensure future payments are not affected.

Insurance cheques: Insurance cheques cannot be sent or picked up from our office at this time.
