The CSSB is phasing in changes to improve the security and member experience for our Online Services portal.

Along with a new look to our log in page, the changes to Online Services will affect how existing members log in and new members register.  Later this January, only your primary email can be used to log in to Online Services. No secondary emails or historical usernames can be used.

Later in 2024 we will require multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access Online Services. Once MFA is activated, you’ll need to enter a one-time verification code the CSSB will send by either text, phone call, or email each time you log in.

Here’s what you need to do to get ready:

  1. Check your primary email address using the “Edit My Profile” feature in Online Services. Make sure it’s an email address you can easily access in the future, whether you’re working or not.
  2. Use “Edit My Profile” to add at least one phone number (landline or cell) or verify that your existing number is correct.
  3. If you can’t access your Online Services account, give us a call at 204 946 3200 (toll free 1 800 432 5134) or send us an email at askus@cssb.mb.ca and we’ll assist you.
