July 2024 pension payments include cost-of-living increase
The Board approved a 1.2% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) based on the 2023 change in the Canadian Consumer Price Index of 3.4%. The adjustment will be included in July 2024 pension payments to eligible recipients.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required to access your employee pension statement
When you get an email saying your employee pension statement is ready, go to CSSB Online Services at https://member.mypension.ca/login. After entering your email address and password, you'll need to enter a one-time code. CSSB will send this by text, phone call, or email.
