July 2024 pension payments include cost-of-living increase

The Board approved a 1.2% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) based on the 2023 change in the Canadian Consumer Price Index of 3.4%. The adjustment will be included in July 2024 pension payments to eligible recipients.  

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required to access your employee pension statement

When you get an email saying your employee pension statement is ready, go to CSSB Online Services at https://member.mypension.ca/login. After entering your email address and password, you'll need to enter a one-time code. CSSB will send this by text, phone call, or email. You'll need to do this whenever you log in to CSSB Online Services. Click on this article title for more information.
